We are a member of Premier Cottages, a professional collective of independent luxury cottage owners. Premier Cottages promotes properties on our behalf as well as other luxury cottages. Your transaction security

We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide us with and you can rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

In order to keep your details safe we ask that you pay us via BACs transfer and only ask for your bank details in order to return your security deposit to you.

What are your rights over your personal data?

You have the right to request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
  • For example, when you withdraw consent, or object and we have no legitimate overriding interest, or once the purpose for which we hold the data has come to an end (such as the end of a rental period).

You have the right to request a copy of any information about you that Cadhay holds at any time, and also to have that information corrected if it is inaccurate.
